About
This is a non-profit event run by Sugar Swing Community of Jazz, which operates the facilities, rentals, and two festivals (Stardust and Lindy Harvest). It is a registered Alberta non-profit with the ultimate goal to provide, promote, and preserve the artforms of jazz music, street dancing, and related forms of music & dance. Learn more about us here!
Administrative support for the event is provided by Sugar Swing Ballroom, which operates the dance school and regular social dances and is thus able to handle day-to-day inquiries & substantial event support. Finances for the event are separately recorded. Small note, the bar at Stardust is separately provided by Sugar Swing Ballroom for the event. This is due to liquor licensing, staffing, training, Proserve and insurance.
